Pixalrig is an independent UK gaming and technology publication. Our aim is to help readers understand gaming news, PC hardware, consoles, troubleshooting and genuine UK buying opportunities without hype or pressure.
Editorial independence
Coverage and recommendations are chosen for their usefulness to readers. Affiliate relationships, retailer partnerships, review samples and advertising do not determine our conclusions. Commercial relationships are disclosed clearly and do not guarantee positive coverage.
Confirmed information and rumours
We distinguish first-party confirmation from reporting, analysis and speculation. Official statements from manufacturers, publishers and platform holders are treated as primary evidence. Reputable reporting is attributed to its source. Rumours, anonymous claims and social posts are never presented as confirmed merely because they are popular.
For GTA 6 and other high-interest subjects, confirmed information and unconfirmed claims are labelled separately. We do not host or redistribute stolen files, leaked gameplay or copyrighted material obtained without permission.
Sources and verification
Time-sensitive claims such as prices, availability, specifications, release dates and service tiers are checked as close to publication as practical. We prefer primary sources and use established reporting when it adds independently sourced context. Manufacturer performance claims are identified as claims unless Pixalrig has performed and documented its own testing.
Updates and corrections
Articles may be updated when facts, prices or availability change. Significant corrections are handled under our Corrections Policy. We preserve established URLs where possible so readers and search engines can continue to find the most useful version of a page.
Reviews and recommendations
Pixalrig clearly distinguishes research-based recommendations from products tested hands-on. We do not claim to have tested a product unless that testing actually occurred and can be described. Recommendations consider suitability, compromises and current UK value rather than treating one product as best for everyone.
Artificial intelligence
AI tools may assist with research organisation, editing, formatting or workflow. They do not replace source verification or editorial judgement. Pixalrig does not use AI-generated imagery as evidence of real-world product testing.
