Fantasy Online 2 Update 149 Makes Housing Transfers Keep Decorations

Fantasy Online 2 has expanded its player housing system in Update #149, allowing Plot 1 purchases in active Mirabella Meadows neighbourhoods and changing what happens to saved decorations when ownership transfers.

Developer Pixel Games LLC contacted Pixalrig about the release. We checked the main changes against its official Steam patch notes, rather than treating the email alone as confirmation.

What changes for housing owners?

According to the developer, housing deeds now work account-wide and housing is shared across worlds. Plot addresses appear in deed tooltips, and plot editing has been added. Most importantly, saved decorations remain attached to a property when its deed changes hands.

That could make buying or transferring a decorated home less disruptive. It does not, however, establish the resale value of any property or guarantee that every existing housing issue has been resolved.

Bonko Carnival and the new Codex Feed

Update #149 also introduces Bonko Carnival, accessible through a mystical mirror in Ghoulish Graveyard for players at level 90. Players can collect Carnival Tickets, exchange them for Golden Tickets and then obtain Prize Tickets for rewards. The patch notes list six new mobs and two bosses.

Outside the event, the Codex gains a photo Feed with recommendations, map photo pins and screenshot sharing. The update also adds screenshot voting, live like counts and cropping controls.

Other changes and fixes

The developer lists native crafting and Market notifications for Steam on Windows and macOS, additional information on the character-selection screen and a rotating photo background for the mobile launcher. Fixes include bank inventory display problems, interrupted housing purchases and several combat or connection issues.

Where can you play Fantasy Online 2?

Fantasy Online 2 is a persistent pixel-art MMORPG available through Steam Early Access, web browsers and Android. Its official website says characters and progression are shared across supported platforms. Steam is a paid Early Access release, while the Android version is free to download with optional purchases.

Pixalrig verdict: The most meaningful change for housing-focused players is continuity: a saved decoration layout now stays with the property when its deed changes owner. This assessment is based on the announced features; Pixalrig has not independently tested the patch in-game.
